FiA ETRC Promoter - ETRA

The WMSC approves the principles for the 2016 FiA ETRC season and the appointment of a promoter for the FIA European Truck Racing Championship.
The promoter is the European Truck Racing Association ( ETRA ) - the approval is still subject to confirmation by the FIA Senate.
The ETRA is a company consisting of different current ETRC event promoters, at the moment the company is still in formation.
FiA requirement for the promoter is a minimum of seven ETRC events in Europe in the 2016 race calendar, these are subject to and require approval by the Commission and the WMSC.
